This policy explains how Ambassador Sherly G. Boisrond handles information collected through this website. It applies to this site only, and not to other organizations led by Ambassador Sherly G. Boisrond or to third-party sites we link to.

We collect only what you type into our forms. The booking form asks for your name, email, organization, and details of the engagement. The volunteer form asks for your name, email, areas of interest, availability and background. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. Phone numbers are optional throughout.

We use this information to respond to you and to plan the engagement, placement or partnership you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Donations and engagement deposits are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and never reach this website or our servers. We receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the amount and, where you provide it, your email address for a receipt.

Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

When email delivery is configured, form submissions are transmitted to Ambassador Boisrond's office through Resend, an email delivery service. When it is not configured, submissions are recorded in the website's server log and the site tells you to email the office directly so that no inquiry is lost.

This website sets two functional cookies and nothing else. One remembers the language you chose so you are not sent back to English on your next visit. The other records that you have already seen the welcome sequence so it does not play again.

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to beyond these two functional cookies.

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of Ambassador Boisrond's engagements, then deleted. Donation records are retained as required for financial and tax reporting.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@ambassadorboisrond.org and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability of your data, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
