Convened by the Africa Young Diplomats Forum with United States International University-Africa, under the theme Agenda 2063 Diplomacy, One Voice, One Africa. The programme pairs an awards ceremony and exhibition with a diplomatic simulation in which emerging leaders take the seats rather than watch them, debating continental unity and the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area. Ambassador Boisrond speaks on both days, alongside delegates from Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
